Five Towns Inn

The night desk attendant was very helpful and patient when I called asking how to get to the shuttle from JFK. Bathrooms were nice and I always love a free breakfast.

I had to stay one night only because my flight to my hometown was delayed. The rooms are quite okay, I booked two with two beds each. Considering the time we got there — around 1 AM on a Monday, the service at the lobby was amazing. It was the nearest hotel to the airport, around two miles away. It had shuttle service, the bus was pretty small though. You could reserve the shuttle, but there isn’t anyone making sure everyone is respecting the queue. Overall, pretty decent

It's comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe. The staff is friendly enough. They allow guests to adjust the temperature our rooms and do not lock the thermomstats like some hotels do. I didn't appreciate that housekeeping ignored the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and woke me up. They offer a very simple continental breakfast: cereal, toast, bagels, pastries, coffee, tea, juice. Free airport shuttle. Overall, it's a good hotel for a nice comfortable stay.

Rooms are decent. Clean and with all basic amenities. Only thing to note is that the shuttle to the airport only runs once every hour. So if you end up at say 2:15 at the airport, you need to wait till 3 for the shuttle. Otherwise you'll have to take a cab.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars. The staff are friendly, the service is good, and the 24/7 shuttle is very convenient. Unfortunately, I’m deducting one star due to an unacceptable experience with a shuttle driver who made racist and discriminatory remarks about an ethnic group during our ride. We left quietly to catch our flight, but the incident left a very bitter impression and does not reflect the standards this hotel should uphold.

Very close to the airport and very clean. There are plenty of stores nearby, which is convenient. I really liked the location. Just keep in mind that the front desk staff can be a bit unfriendly, and there is no microwave in the room. If you’re okay with that, you’ll enjoy your stay.

I had an excellent experience at Five Towns Inn. I arrived after a very disappointing experience at a nearby Marriott property due to poor customer service, so I was honestly stressed and tired. From the moment I walked in, the staff completely turned my day around. They were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. I truly appreciated that they allowed me to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which made a huge difference after what I had just experienced. Their flexibility and understanding meant a lot to me. They also kindly assisted me with arranging my transportation to the airport, making everything smooth and stress-free. The level of customer service I received was outstanding. After my experience elsewhere, staying here was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Five Towns Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with genuinely caring and attentive staff.

I was skeptical seeing the varied reviews but I absolutely loved this place! SUPER close to the airport, a tiny bit dated but well maintained, wonderful staff and comfy beds. If I had to make one criticism there were some hairs in my bed that definitely didn’t belong to me but I’m not fancy and really don’t care. An excellent option for a stopover. Highly recommend.
